I hear similar things all the time from certain potential customers when they
are interested in a vintage PB that's worth 40 or 50 dollars now. My response
is "OK, I'll sell you the book at its price in 1952 if you sell me your house
for what it was worth in 1952." That usually brings things into perspective,
even more so considering I live in San Diego County where the median house
price for a single family home is now $479,000.

Oh, and don't forget to wear a safety helmet and goggles, in case you
get giddy and fall off your chair, I suppose?

What complete and utter nonsense! Lighter fuel for clean-up, and Cow Gum
rubber solution adhesive, were standard materials in graphics studios
for years without anyone suffering any deleterious effects from the
fumes. For substance abusers to induce any of those sorts of effects,
the fumes have to be contained in a bag or similar and inhaled in
high concentrations.

Talk about Generation Wimp!
