hi! my father has a large collection of louis l'amour books. i want to
say the entire collection, in very good condition, in brown
leatherette.

he wishes to sell this collection. neither of us have any experience
in book sales.

what would the best place to advertise this serious collection for
sale? what is the best way to get started.

i have considered ebay, but considering the large transaction, would
prefer to go through someone more reputable... you never know who you
will encounter on ebay... any suggestions or advice??

If they don't have the original dustjackets in very good condition
they will be worth next to nothing. Vast numbers of these were
printed, very few people want them any more, and those who do don't
have any money.

Look at used.addall.com and Amazon for an idea of what to expect.
