Any news on this book?

It was listed on Amazon as coming out April 15th. That came and went. Then
a few days ago it was in limited release and said I could get a copy within
4-6 weeks, maybe. The next day it said "out of print." Very mysterious.
And, as far as I can tell, Amazon.com is the only site that even
acknowledges its existance.

Barnes and Noble showed it had an April pub. date. Now it shows that it's
not available from the publisher.

A delay in the pub. date perhaps?
