I'm half way through what is turning out to be my favourite PKD book so far.
His use of schizophrenia and autism is fascinating. I was wondering if
anyone knew anything about either disorder and whether or not they are
anything like PKD's portrayal... (not so much the 'telling the future' side
of it, more the descriptive process of schizophrenic experiences)

Cheers

There is another great novel with an autistic adult as the main
character. It was written by the SF writer Elizabeth Moon. The book
has won many awards incuding some in the SF arena.

The Speed of Dark

Well, well worth reading. I leanred a lot about autism as well.
