What if the desired function is to kill enemy troops? I have heard of
weapons refered to as tools.

Such as Bailey pointing out in "The Naked Sun" that robots can be tricked
into harming humans.

What about this senario:
A human confronts a robot with a weapon e.g. gun and states that if the
robot denies it is a robot (or does not answer) it will be destroyed?
