the sirius mysteuy : need info

I am currently working on a criticism (negative) of robert k.temple's book
"the sirius mystery".

I am searching for an information.
If one of you has always the book on his shelf could you tell me if Temple
speaks about inhabitants (amphibians) living "into" Sirius or if they live
on a planet orbiting this star ? Into or outside ?

At best, could you tell me at what page of this book ?
