If I skip Blood & Gold, will I be able to follow the last two VC books?
Or will something be ruined if I do that?

No, you don't need to read B&G to get the last two books. Marius nor
Armand showup in either book so you shouldn't have a problem.
Basically, B&G is an extended rehashment of what you read in Interview
and TVL.
Take care,
Ashe

RoseDead,
I forgot to mention, if you haven't read Merrick yet it would be a good
idea to do so before reading Blackwood Farm. Merrick shows up in that
book and it would be helpful for you to know who she is and how she and
Lestat know each other.

You should also read the Witch trilogy before you read Blackwood Farm
(if not Merrick). It's not required, but it'll help fill in a lot of
holes.

Please stop tying in all caps. On Usenet it is the equivalent of
shouting, and very hard to read besides. I assume you hope folks will
read what you write, so please stop yelling at us and have a nice chat
instead. Thanks much,

Some people aren't interested in reading about certain characters.
Blood and Gold is really about Marius. TVA is really only about Armand.
If you aren't interested in these characters why bother.
