25 years ago, I read some humorous books written by a rabbi. There were several books including one where he was in the Air Force and was shipped to the Arctic because he insulted the wife of an officer. I believe these were popular books in the mid 60's I know this is scant information, but can someone give me an idea of who the author might be or what the titles of some of these books are?
