Hey,

For a 19 year old who has never really been interested in reading (atleast
fiction), what are some recommendations for starting with? Authors, books,
etc. I've never really been interested in fantasy, like Harry Potter and
LOTR etc.

Regards

Try The Day of the Jackel ot the Odessa File by Frederick Forsyth.
Both are page turners and you might become interested in the
historical time-periods and events in which they are set.

Go to a used paperback book store and look for the Doc Savage adventures by
Kenneth Robson. Plenty of good action and adventure.
