As yet, there is no amazon.au, but you can order books from Australian
online bookshops like <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.galaxybooks.com.au" target="_blank">www.galaxybooks.com.au</a> <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bookworm.com.au" target="_blank">www.bookworm.com.au</a> or
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.dymocks.com.au" target="_blank">www.dymocks.com.au</a>
Both Bookworm and Dymock's have Silverthorn. Surprisingly, Galaxy doesn't
list Silverthorn but has a range of other Midkemia books. For paperbacks,
the postage to Asia looks about the same as the price of the book with
Bookworm looking cheaper than Dymock's on price and postage. I haven't used
any of these online services.
I guess it would be best to compare with Amazon.com to see what's cheapest
taking exchange rates into account.
