We had a discussion last night in our small group Bible study
about the use of our God given gifts and talents. I recognize
now that my Mom was taking what God gave her and was "investing"
it in the world around her, not keeping it to herself.
The best legacy I can take and continue from my mother, then, is
not to necessarily try and emulate her ministry, but to instead
recognize my own gifts and talents and making a similar
investment in the world.

Well there you go. Never underestimate the gifts you have as they are
different from what others have. And never hesitate to compliment the
other person on their gifts and assure them that it's not something
"anyone could do".

That's a pretty profound insight. Thanks for sharing it. {WARM SMILE}

That does sound like a particularly good approach. If only more folks did

Heading down towards finals. Fortunatly, most of my major papers are
mostly out of the way
10-pager on prismane is done, 10 pager on heavy metal contamination
and phytoremediation is on second draft. all that's left is 5-pager on
upside-down jellyfish

One 10-pager done, another in revision, and only a 5-pager left to start?
That is going well. At least it is if the ones left aren't due too soon.
{BIG SMILE, REALLY BIG GRIN}
Would you be able to define "prismane" and "phytoremediation" for a
layman? I feel slightly lost with the second word, and very lost with the
first. {Smile}

What! No papers on thiotimoline!
What about Illudium Q-36?
Unobtainium?
After drinking a second draft, writing papers is much easier.
